Could you be so kind please and help me with one more thing? For some kind of reason I can’t edit the “add to cart button Styles” in the “Woo Product Gallery element”. I wan’t to make the button background white, so I have this css that works very well:

The only problem is that I use this “Product Gallery” element in other pages too and every time I have to write the same css for each element’s id. Is there an element id so I can only write it once and it gets to work for all future “product gallery” elements?

If anyone is having the same problem, the solution was quite simple after all.

I just had to edit the privileges of the specific role from the UM dashboard. I enabled access to the backend and problem solved!

I don’t know what happened, but as of today, all my shares are accounted for correctly. In all my posts!

Also,I’d like to add that I love your plugin. It the best! And I should know, because I have tried A LOT of other similar plugins.

I’m still having the same problem with my Facebook share count. When I scrape them with the Facebook debugger it shows that there are indeed some shares, but they don’t show on my posts. This only happens for my latest posts. The older posts show the correct share count.

Can you help me please?

Whenever someone shares any of my posts from my website the share count doesnt change.

I understand what you’re saying, but I believe there’s something more than that. They may seem like they’re showing consistently at first, but if you go to older posts you’ll see that the count is zero. After that, if you back again to the front page all counts have been set to zero too. I have more than one websites and that doesn’t seem to happen to the rest.
I hate to be a pain by saying the same thing again and again, but if you please have a closer look I’d be most grateful.

I just have one more question though. Is it normal for the Facebook count api to be off for so long? The problem I have with the share count is persistent, unfortunately. Also, it doesn’t seem to happen in other installations. Could you please have a look at it?

Thank you for getting back to me. I tried the instruction you gave me for errors in the browser console, but I don’t get any “Uncaught ReferenceError”.
Also, I switched to the Twenty Seventeen theme, but nothing changed.
I have to think that since this happens in both different installation with two different themes (one is premium and the other free) there has to be some common ground. Both websites use the same host and have a list of plugins they both have installed.

ps: I have installed the same plugins on the above list in more than one website and I never had this issue before
