purged the CDN cache solved this problem.

still the same problem.

enable css minify, won’t load the updated style.

enable css minify and css combine, work but crash woocommerce layout.

turn off all Optimization Settings, still not working.

only if turn off litespeed cache, css working fine.

Is there any solution to this problem?

update:

enable CSS minify and CSS combine, is working fine now.

but it’s come another problem > CSS COMBINE crash shop page layout.

i have try to set CSS Excludes like this, still not working.
/wp-content/themes/themename/style.css
/wp-content/themes/themename-child/style.css

i added the new css yesterday. clear browser cache and ls cache purge all, still nothing change.

1) Do you have CSS minification or CSS combination enabled?
just enable CSS minification. i also test turn off all option in Optimization Settings, still not working.

2) Is the new CSS in a separate .css file, or is it added directly to one of the child theme’s template php files?
i think is in a separate .css file.

still no forbidden sender blacklist message. cleantalk dashbord show
Contact form data denied.

but i do received Antispam protection for activated email.
