I have received log ins from the client and will use the site for support.
thanks
LeeHi
thanks for the advise but the log ins aren’t working. It is a paid version but as it has the verified key but keeps asking for a log in when I click on support going through to WP forms. The password has been reset but now says it cant identify either the password or the log in, after i did the captcha checks. This doesnt make sense and is very frustrating, as this space issue on the form should not be a problem. the back end has no options to edit how it appears on mobile.
I am not impressed with this form or the log in issues with their site.
thanks
LeeHi
Thank you for your response. Yes I have emailed the client to ask. I can see the license key is filled in so either the client purchased it or it came with a purchased version of Astra. Unfortunately I cant access the site without a log in, which I dont seem to be able to get.
my email is [removed by moderator — please do not ask for off-forum contact] if it is a simple code fix?
thanks

Hi thank you for your response. When I click through the link it is asking for a log in which I do not have. I am looking into this for a client of mine and as I wasn’t the one to purchase this I do not have any log ins. There is a license key in the WP forms back end so it has been purchased.
Basically this form should not have these large gaps when viewed on mobile and I cannot figure out why they are there. there are minimal options for mobile in the back end so I cannot amend these gaps. Quite disappointing really.

I have screen shots but there is no where to upload here
apologies, I just remembered the domain has been redirected. Only I can see it at the moment.
Have you had any issues before when moving sites with this plug in?
Its as I mentioned, the plug in is using the width from the settings but not the height. It is using the actual images full height. All of the image crop settings do not change this.
Looking into this further, it is actually just the height it is ignoring. the width is working. So the images are no longer being cropped to the sizes stated in the settings you just showed me.
thanks
LeeHi, thanks for this but its not working, I have them set at 200 high and 200 width.
and as you can see from my site, the images are all different sizes.
https://www.allnewbeginnings.co.uk/about/ever since I moved my site the plug in is ignoring the size settings from the fields you have highlighted.
thanks
Leehow do you set them temporarily?
Orignially when I set the size in the settings on the side, this made them all the same size? I cant see any other settings that could be doing this. the plug in is ignoring the sizes I set and just displaying them as there standard sizes, each different.
