In reply to: How to convert your videos to Zune video format for free^^^And that kids, is why we stopped putting lunch meat on our sandwiches. (sorry if you didn’t want me to post a sarcastic reply, some web forums are cranky about that sort of thing, please tell me if this is one of them and I’ll cut back).
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Need Some Quick HelpI think that has to do with your theme. So you need to somehow change it, either via CSS, or I suppose you could change the theme itself.
Oh, and for the record, you can probably get quicker help if you go to #wordpress on irc.
Edit: Woops, didn’t realize you had posted that in themes and templates, I guess that makes my comment look out of place, sorry.

In reply to: Facebook and WordPressNo idea. If you can find an RSS feed, it’s incredibly easy to add that as a widgit, the only snag is, I’m not sure how easy it would be to find an RSS feed of your facebook status updates. A google search comes up with many results, the problem is that many of them are out of date.

In reply to: Facebook and WordPressMmm…well, you could look to see if you can find an RSS feed of your status updates, at which point you can just use the RSS widgit.

In reply to: Facebook and WordPressThere are other plugins that will do that for you, however, I haven’t tried any of them, good luck.

In reply to: Facebook and WordPressAs in being able to post to facebook whenever you make a new post? You can do that via ping.fm, just download a ping.fm plugin, and sign up for a ping.fm account, and tell it to update your facebook status updates whenever you post something.

In reply to: Post to differnt blogs from one super admin blogOkay, let me try to explain a bit better, also, this solution will take quite a bit of work to implement, sorry about that, there may be an easier way, but I’m not aware of it.
In a wordpress blog, you have categories. Did you know that each of those categories had it’s own RSS feed? So, the idea is to make a central wordpress blog, and give each of your sub blogs a category. If any of those sub blogs already had categories, you can add them, making it’s parent be the category representing the sub blog it’s in. From there, you have sort of independent blogs, each of which has it’s own rss feed, etc. (although they do all share the same static pages). So you can either point the homepage of each of those sub blogs to the category you need, or as songdogtech recommended, set it up so that it posts whenever it sees a new entry in the RSS feed.
Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: Blog Subscription WidgetErm, ya, sorry, I meant AddToAny.
Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: Blog Subscription WidgetAgreed, it drives me nuts that I have to use SubscribeToAny in order to add a subscribe button. (It wouldn’t be so bad, other than that it runs javascript from it’s own servers, which means that that + google analytics + my share button plugin + scripts from my own domain = too much javascript).

In reply to: Post to differnt blogs from one super admin blogYou could make each of those blogs that you want a separate category, then point each person/website to that category.

In reply to: Link MaskingHmmm…did you also try moving the wordpress install link? (note that if it dosn’t work though, you will have to recover your install, but I don’t believe that’s too hard).
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Link MaskingI’m almost certain you can do it. Try going into the settings and changing the blog address URL (not the wordpress instalation URL).
