Any idea why this happened? Just asking if I can do anything to prevent this in the future.

Here are some more insights:

if I update the SEO title via the frontend of Yoast SEO the postmeta table in wordpress is updated as you can see here:

But there is no change in the Yoast SEO table EB5L5aTdft_yoast_indexable which I assume is the relevant table for the HTML code and title tag.

It seems to be saving problem.
It is not updating the database at all. The wordpress tables related to the plugin are not updated as you can see here: https://pasteboard.co/ubJvqnOWxkeO.png

It is still the old entry does not matter what I enter for the specific page with Yoast SEO and clicking Update.

Did as you told me, but no change.
Twenty Twenty-Two is activated.

As you can see here (https://pasteboard.co/lgyPakfJQUmP.png) there are only two plugins activated:
1. Health Check & Troubleshooting
2. Yoast SEO

In the following (https://pasteboard.co/34pGsbaGhj0P.png) you can see still another <title> tag for this URL.

It’s frustratring. ??

The plugin is deactivated and the <title>Joinchat</title> is gone.
Still my real title tag is not showing what I entered into Yoast Seo.

If appending /?wpacu_no_load to the URL the shortcode is working just fine.
It was indeed a wrong setting with the unload rules!

The problem is the Plug-In, “Asset CleanUp Pro: Page Speed Booster”
Unfortunately I can’t deactivate it, because we need it.
What kind of chances do I have to solve the problem?
