Hi Brandon,
The option would be nice to have. When I create separate “galleries” within a post I’m really just trying to create an arrangement of images that’s responsive to the layout. Which is why I like the “mosaic” gallery.
Within a post I have the option of viewing all the media “uploaded to this post”. It would be nice to be able to designate the carousel feature to use all the media uploaded to a post and not only the media assigned to a single gallery within a post.

In reply to: Self-hosted WP. Alternatives to Freshly PressedThe problem with the community on WP.com is that it excludes a large percentage of WP users. I would actually pay to browse an index of all wordpress bloggers if it existed.
Anyway, I guess I’ll continue looking.

In reply to: Issue with slowdown with my WP ThemeI’ve been looking into this more and I don’t think its the theme, I’ve tried a few other themes and I’m experiencing some degree of slowdown also.
Plus, I found some other sites running the same theme and they don’t have any slowdown either.
Example:
https://mariomayhem.com/bowsers_blog/index.php/category/nintendo_images/
Can someone confirm that they are also experiencing this slowdown when scrolling up and down my site.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

In reply to: Issue with slowdown with my WP Themeweird, I just tried it out on my home PC which is running FF 3.0.5 but Vista instead of XP. There is no problems with the site on my home PC. My home pc is a lot more powerful than my work pc. Is the issue with css fixed backgrounds hardware specific? Or can it be fixed in the browser?

In reply to: Issue with header links not workingthank you so much for the help. Sorry I didn’t know if this issue was WordPress specific of specific to the theme. I was working around the problem by manually changing the links to the ones wordpress uses by default. I think i’ll revert back and use this permalink structure.
