So are you saying that an existing page cannot use your plugin as I have to first create the page within facebook developer..? I didn’t create the page, but have been added as admin. Obviously I can’t delete the page and start again, or create a new page using FB developer, so what do you suggest..?

All of the APP ID’s tokens and secret pages are already added.

Are there any known conflicts with plugins? This is a site that I installed Events Calendar on using Woocommerce, but I didn’t design the site, so there are many plugins!

I wonder if there was any update on the conflict issue with Wordfence?

I’ve been testing this morning on a test environment I created with ONLY woocommerce and eventcalendar plugins enabled, and when I activate wordfence the invoicing works..? So I then tested it on the live site, and low and behold.. that works too… Any ideas how it is working now? As far as I know neither your plugin or Wordfence has updated again since 2 weeks?
