These are the plugins I have on this site, I have tried with them all off ….no difference. I am sure there is something funky happening with the background graphic which wasn’t happening with the previous version of the theme.

Hmm this is the response I got from my webhost:

But the error message you include makes reference to a much smaller amount:

(which is about 35MB). Do you have code in there somewhere that is overriding the account-level setting, perhaps?

I did that, I really wouldnt want to come here and waste your time without checking first, when I apply formatting to the labels it affects other text through out the site – this is what I can’t figure out ?

Yup – having the same issue here. I can see some clumsy hacks out there that might do the job, but I would like something permanent that changes when I update the plugin.

I am feeling a lot more confident that its not the website causing the problem, to be honest that was my main concern.

The only social media plugin is the Yoast SEO Plugin – but the social media connection sections arent active. I have tried disabling all plugins I can do with and will see what happens when I visit my client in the morning – thank you all for your time.

Nope, thats my next step in the morning – could I sort the problems by resetting his router maybe – or changing the DNS to OpenDNS ?

He its telling me his other devices are fine, I have others looked at it from various places with various devices and I can not replicate this behavious – I don’t like to tell a client they are the problem but I can’t see what else to do ?
