i followed the tutorial and still the thumbnails are a link.

it seems in the child theme there’s a way to remove links from slideshow etc. NOT from a simple gallery.

please help.

i solved it

i had the homepage set to static, and had it set to display an internal page, but that internal page was waiting approval, so the homepage couldn’t diaplay it to surfers.

i published the internal page and now everything is fine.
sorry, i’m a complete newbie.

it’s only the homepage that doesn’t show if you’re not logged in.

i tried an internal page and it shows even if i’m not logged in:
