Hi Plugin author,

after disabling the plugin “WP MAIL SMTP” by WPForms my emails to voters work now. This is a very popular plugin so I’m not sure why it did not work with my installation of WP.

Any thoughts?

Hi, yes the email votes show up under view results. could there be a plugin preventing the send-out of email? I am using the WP_MAIL_SMTP plugin, could this be the problem? In other words, should disable the SMTP plugin and try it with WordPress’s built-in PHP mailer?

My voting options for “Vote Permissions” are set to WordPress only. No guest, facebook, or google.

I figured it out and am back in my site so nevermind.

I am locked out of my site. I am using wordfence with 2FA And after I set up the PMpro plugin and log out I cannot log back in as administrator. How do I get back into my site so I can disable 2FA in WordFence?
