The website is medimart.com.hk hosted by siteground in singapore. the site has your cache product as well as SG cache installed (SG is siteground’s name)
Im not sure whether having 2 cache cause conflict, but in my experience with wordpress, sometimes plugins dont behave normally because the cache created problems and turning it off can make the other plugins work normally.

It seems We used the free version, not premium

What we need is to edit in bulk the “uri” of all products to avoid mixing English names/Traditional Chinese/Simplified Chinese in the FULL PATH OF URL
But looking at your website, your product doesn’t seem to support such requirement. Can you enlighten me?

does your product at https://www.webtoffee.com/product/product-import-export-woocommerce let us install on UAT and production site to count license as ONE instead of TWO?

I have the same problem. Hope the vendor(s) release an update that fix this. Why do you think they didn’t see this problem before releasing the product?

I noted that the parts of broken form are different for Chinese and English versions. You can see it by switching language on the top right hand corner of our site.
I hope you make your product more reliable for paid users.
The powered by option now works for the premium version, but your documentation seemed to say it can work for free version too, but I didn’t see it working there.

I tried deleting your plugin and reinstalling it.
I have checked the box ‘Check this box to delete all booking data when you uninstal this plugin.’
But after deleting and reinstalling, the old form is still there, I still could not delete the field I don’t want or move the items.

It seems something happened after I input Chinese text in a field label of text. Now I cannot move this item to other parts of the form, and if i click the delete actions nothing happen. We tried deactivating another plugin that may be using an older version of jquery UI. But it didnt seem to solve the problem.
Are you interested to use teamviewer to goto my screen and see what can be done to correct this problem?

But I wonder in our Chinese language version of website why does your calendar show Chinese text on the calendar top (ie. month) but not in the legend??
