Upgraded WP to 3.6.1 and NextGen to 2.0.21… Still no improvement ??

Is this plugin “dead”? No responses here and just support for WP up to 3.5.2?!?

Well, I do NOT think it is obvious! I have offered them login options, but they haven’t shown any interest to go any further. In fact, I haven’t got any response from the bug people for a week now.

Also, if they are serious about the gravity this problem they should not let a holiday stay in their way.

Is anyone at NextGen actually working on this problem?

Well, I have been willing to give you an admin account to my WP site (not ftp) for several days now, but no one has given me some kind of response…

Just upgraded to 2.0.17, but no difference… I’m considering to give up this plugin. It is just not reliable.

Now I have deactivated every single plugin in WP and I have tested the button from several different computers in IE, Chrome and Safari, but still the problem remains… Please take this seriously and help us!!!

I filed a bug report yesterday, but I’ve got no verification that you have received it.

I hope that NextGen realises that this is a quite critical problem…

Thing is that if I change the permalink to something else than the default setting I get a 404 message instead of the blank window when using the button. Any ideas why?

A thought just hit me… In my case I’m having a non standard character (?) in the domain name. Could that be a trigger to this error?

Nope, I just upgraded to 2.0.11 but the blank window remains when using the Nextgen button to insert images on a page ??
