The Site Icon and Media Library are both WP core features so I don’t believe this is a theme related issue.

Can you disable all plugins and custom functions to test first?

If not then you might need to check with WordPress support or your hosting support.

This is normally a caching or optimization plugin issue so please disable them to test first.

If that doesn’t help then please disable all plugins to test.

GP is built to WordPress standard so it should be compatible with plugins.

You will need to debug further or check with the plugin’s support team.
