No, this is not the error. This page https://foogallery.000webhostapp.com contains an example. There are no others plugins, only two pages I’ve created, /home and /my-pictures. If you click in the album in home page, you will be redirected to page of blog posts. If you click in my-pictures in the menu everything works fine.
The problem is really the code of the plugin. I didn’t touch any single configuration of It or WordPress. This page have a fresh install of WordPress and FooGallery plugin. I’ve only changed the permalinks structure to postname.
The problem is that plugin is really waiting for the pattern /page-with-album/album-slug/some-gallery. In home page or WordPress Static Page, there are no /page-with-album/. I’ve made an ugly workaround and hard coded the link to redirect to a second page that have an album shortcode, using the function is_front_page().
Hit https://foogallery.000webhostapp.com/gallery/ in browser. You will see the blog posts. https://foogallery.000webhostapp.com/my-pictures/gallery/ will show the galleries since it has /my-pictures/ slug.
The installation has only: Default WordPress configurations and themes, FooGallery Plugin, Albums extensions and FooBox Free Extension. With default configurations.
I can send you by e-mail the user and password of this website to confirm the bug.
