Issue with Popup behaviour

I’m unable to make the Popup behaviour work on Safari desktop browser, the text boxes will not open when maker is clicked.

It’s functioning on Chrome and seems to be working on Safari with mobile devices.

I would like the user to be able to select a marker (by hoovering or clicking) then be able to click the button to view a different website.
