Hi @faeb35, thanks for sharing your solution.

The issue you are experiencing is related to missing gyroscopic feature on some devices.

Anyway, I would not edit jquery.paver.min.js, instead use this css rules in an external CSS/JS file, to avoid deletion in case of file/plugin update.

We can add the rules to the plugin itself…

Hi Hristo,
the x-proxy-cache header for that page is BYPASS.

I must purge Siteground dynamic cache in order to make the script work properly.

So the issue is related to the check field only…

Unfortunately, It’s not working.

1) Add a new rule as suggested (https://www.test.it/wp-content/plugins/my-plugin/*)
2) Test https://www.test.it/wp-content/plugins/my-plugin/* – NOT CACHED
3) Test https://www.test.it/wp-content/plugins/my-plugin/my-file.php – CACHED.

Unfortunately not…
we have sometimes file inside a plugin folder used for import/export, for example:

https://www.test.it/wp-content/plugins/my-plugin/my-plugin.php – main plugin file
https://www.test.it/wp-content/plugins/my-plugin/import.php – import file

…/my-plugin/import.php is cached by Siteground Dynamic cache.
Before this wasn’t a problem…as suggested by SG support, we excluded that path from Dynamic Cache. We cannot anymore if a trailing slash is automatically added.

Any suggestion?

I just tested on Windows 10 – Chrome 68 / Firefox 61, using BrowserStack, the Panorama looks fine.

The failure message (“Scroll left/right to pan through panorama.”) is displayed when Paver is not initialized, such that users are not left in the dark in how to navigate/pan through the panorama. This message will appear in mobile devices with no gyroscopic data or no DeviceOrientationEvent support.

Are you using a touchscreen computer?

No ideas, unfortunately.
It’s the first time I’m experiencing this kind of issue:

The plugin CSS are correctly enqueued, the javascript files not…
Are you using a “minifier” plugin? Like Autoptimize?

Have you a staging area for this website?
Have you tried to deactivate all the plugins, except Easy Panorama, and activate the default theme?

Please let me know how it’s proceeding.

Looking at the page HTML code, I couldn’t find any script related to easy-panorama plugin…strange.

Could you please try to re-install the plugin?
If it’s not working, could you activate the debug mode and post here any warning or notice related to the plugin?

Have you tried to deactivate the easy panorama plugin? Is the error still there?
