I believe the problem lies in bb.vision/store being inside bb.vision, in a separate WP install.

Yes, we did have our site up and blocking search engines, but on bb.vision, NOT on bb.vision/store. Does this matter?.

I cant believe tha amount of time I wasted in trying to download files that simply weren’t there !!. Pfff.
I realized there was a pattern in the files returning 403.
I thought they were in a folder; well, they were not.
Im now uploading them through FTP.
I had used CSV Bulk Importer, so the paths are already loaded.
So far, it has to do with this.

I’m also getting 403 errors on some of my products, and can’t find a criteria around it. I’ve already tried changing the download method, but it’s not working.
the link in the email received by the client is not working either, of course.
Any ideas?

Yes, the log looks ok.
Frontend and backend went totally blank after doing the backup.
Yes, it became alive again after we deactivated the plugin, through the database. (I dont know how, though, cause someone else did it).
