At the end I just put the code in the text editor, and both piece of code worked just fine
<a href="https://www.kangtai.cl/servicios/#prueba" rel="m_PageScroll2id">En KangTai Cía</a>
and
<a href="#prueba" rel="m_PageScroll2id">En KangTai Cía</a>

Thanks, the root directory is public_html.
I already checked that article before writing this post, but I could find the a solution for my problem. Any ideas what could be wrong?
