I found that it was due to a theme. After switching themes it worked.

I figured that anyone in the author role is unable to send tickets. Anyway, we can change that?

Not really. I seen sites that does this (example: IGN). Their seo is fine.

the plugin has been abandon pretty much. But you can look and see about adding the feature yourself.

this has not been updated for almost 3 years or so

no errors showing in console, i tried disabling evey plugin and it not working. it just stopped working one day after updating. I thought removing the updated and replacing with old would work but that nothing either.

What files does it use for the javascript i may be able to see if maybe, its not loading up or not properly set up in the source file

i found a way to do it with login and register and it seems to work.

but i didnt like the design tho of the pages that much

i am using the latest of wordpress and this plugin, you can’t upload or select any images. you have to get the url and paste the url in the box for the default image.

correction, only this plug in is doing it.

i thought it was also post snippets but its not. i even thought it was the snippets so i deactivated them but still didnt work. after deactiving the plugin code snippets it worked.
