    Hi,

    Seems you are referring to the “Appointment Hour Booking” plugin (according to the settings screenshot indicated in your message). Please check the name of the plugin in the plugins menu of your website and if you are referring to the “Appointment Hour Booking” then post future replies/messages at the related forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/appointment-hour-booking/

    The following info is valid for both plugins:

    Please check the “from” email address used in the settings. Note that if you use a “from” email from a public email service like “@hotmail.com”, “@aol.com”, “@outlook.com”, “@gmail.com”, … it will be filtered by most antispam systems since the email will be identified as “not originated at the expected server”.

    Try using a “from” address that belongs to the website domain.

    Thanks for the response. We use the appointment hour booking plugin indeed. My mistake.
