I have Windoes VISTA and IE 9.0.19 (A BIG PROBLEM!)

TONIGHT – I disabled all plugins and activated NextGEN first.
I reverted back to a WordPress Default THeme.

I have followed all the instructions provided by NEXTGEN…
cleared all Internet Explorer CACHE. I also don’t use default PERMALINKS anymore.

WELL I FINALLY CALLED my HOSTGATOR people and they were able to help me out. THE images will upload using CHROME. He suggested I switch to Firefox or Chrome or upgrade to IE 10 (if available).

THANK YOU HOSTGATOR…the best people EVER! Too bad nextgen folks couldn’t help me figure this one OUT!

Im Running WP 3.6 an NGG 2.0.11, and NGG PRO. I browse with IE.

I am using HOSTGATOR as host. Not using default permalinks on HOSTGATOR, but am using default permalinks on my Localhost.

Either way … none of the images are uploading?

If I change my permalinks I get 404 errors?? So I can’t go there.

On WP DASHBOARD: I can choose the gallery and the pics I want to upload. I can see the upload until it finishes loading successfully 100%.

Gallery still shows = 0 images

When I SCAN FOLDER for new IMAGES (which is next to SAVE button): I see the following message DIRECTORY does not exist!…

Directory C:/Users/MyFirstName MyLastname/Documents/wamp/www/wordpress/C:/Users/MyFirstName MyLastname/Documents/wamp/www/wordpress/wp-content/gallery/2013-show doesn`t exist!

One more chance for your fix, and then I want a refund and use a new product!
