I do not have a copy of any of them since I have fixed them unfortunately. I am more than happy to post them when they occur next but in the interim is there anything I can check as clients are getting quite frustrated

No they are generally ones in Include files such as category etc.

My problem is not that I do not know how to fix the issue. My problem is how do I stop it recurring. I fix it once and the problem occurs again in another file a few days later. During these few days no major changes or plugins are added to the website.

I have managed to fix the problem, sometime within the last few day the mentioned files have been updated in one way or another which has caused the issue simply rolling back the file to a previous version fixed the problem. The error occurred when trying to access the admin page.

Downloaded it from the wordpress plugin directory it was updated 8 months ago. I have just reinstalled the plugin and all is working as should I cleared all browser data and cache data to verify this and am not having the problem anymore.

Deleting that plugin folder worked, however I had been using this plugin for quite a while is there a reason It just stopped working?

I’ll try that now.
