Can you direct me to where your email is located – I installed the plug-in through WordPress directly, so didn’t actually download any file per se.

What is your email? Can you walk me through what I need to do to give you access?

Hi, I did ‘activate’ the plug-in on the plug-in page on my dashboard. Is there another step that I missed?

Thanks Andrew – I did start another thread on this topic (there’s at least 4 others that I know of) – and I did inactivate my plugins (I only have 3 – jetpack,askimet, and subscribe to comments). Still is an issue for me.

Thanks for sending this to me to try – will definitely try this as my last resort. I’m such a newbie, I just do everything from my dashboard and follow the upgrade prompts from WP.

There seem to be a number of people having this issue in the forms – so it’s not just me.

Except I’m using Twenty Eleven and I’m such a newbie to WP that I haven’t done anything except do the automatic WP upgrades and now I have this caption issue. I uninstalled all of my plugins (I only have 3), tried again, did the upgrade again and still not better.

I would love to try Jay’s fix – but where do I go on my site to do this? I normally do everything from the Dashboard, so I have zero coding experience.

It’s version 1.4.

I’m just using the Twenty Eleven theme – the standard one.

Hi, I’ve deactivated all of my plugins (I don’t have very many), and still the caption frame is missing, and the text is misaligned (runs beside the image and below it).

Any other ideas to try?
