By default wordpress uses ‘widget-title’. So it is correct.

Absolutely this never happened to anyone. Please have a check on your website. There might be some other software/plugin installed which is preventing the widget to show.

No. the random option is meant to shuffle among the “srp_number_post_option” value. So if you set it to 1, it will always shuffle 1 single post.
