Hi Aleksandar, Thanks for responding. With that site, I was so frustrated I decided against using the header and instead just put in a big image — which IS responsive (resizes for any size screen).
However, my client’s site — davidxmartin.com — still shows this problem. The header image does not resize for mobile screen, it just shows the right side of the image.
Perhaps this is a terrible bug in the theme.
If you have suggestions, that would be great. But I understand if not.

Thanks, @godaddy — it works! (Though I’d prefer a lighter shade of gray. Other numbers besides 999 just made it black.)

Hi @jarretc – similar question here. Primer child theme Ascension has color themes, but it won’t allow me to change the color of a button. Is there a way to disable the ‘color theme’ variable?
Or to specify the button color in a way that overrides the theme? (I have done this already but the theme’s color scheme is overriding that custom setting.)

Hi Evan, This has been really helpful, thank you. I can remove the header image from other pages, but I’d like the background color I set to show up INSTEAD of the header image. Right now my home page header (mindstreamconnect.com) needs white text. When I remove the header from other pages, you can’t see the text, obviously. Is there a way to allow the background color in my main header settings to show without the image on top?

Your suggestion didn’t work. I’ve hsd to switch to another plugin.

How do i do that — there is no option to start a new topic?! I went to the main page for this plugin, clicked Support. No option to start a new thread.

This is also happening to me and I selected the default button shapes. Instead of LinkedIn button showing, the email button is — and I disabled that. HELP! Site is davidxmartin.com
