No JavaScript is used within our plugin so it certainly sounds like a bug on their end. Did you manage to get this resolved?

In reply to: [Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders] Stripe + not capturing charge immediatelyAt the moment the plugin only works when Stripe is set to request the payment in full and not when using the Authorize feature. If you’re using the Authorize feature then we wouldn’t ordinarily autocomplete the order. I’ll have a look into the issue this weekend, but again – only designed this for when the payment is captured right away.

I’ll look into adding compatibility with this payment provider in the near future.

Capture charge immediatelychecked in your Stripe settings? Unfortunately the plugin hasn’t been tested with WooCommerce Subscriptions. I’ll have to look into this further to see if my plugin can be made compatible with that.
