In reply to: [Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders] Great replacementMany thanks for your kind review. The sole reason for creating this plugin was because they weren’t providing updates for the plugin which was causing me some problems with WooCommerce version 3+.
I personally use this plugin for my own websites, so you can rest assured this will be maintained!
Thanks again,
Liam

In reply to: [Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders] Authorize.netProviding the Authorize.net plugin you’re using use the correct completed status then yes, this will definitely work with them. I’d recommend testing it in development environment to see if test orders are correctly autocompleted.
When I get chance at the weekend, I’ll do some testing for you and update the description of the plugin to reflect this.

It sounds to me like the plugin needs to send the content in UTF-8 charset.

In reply to: [Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders] Cheque gateway paymentAre you using the default cheque payment gateway that is built into WooCommerce? I’ve just created a test order using a cheque payment and my order goes to “on-hold”. My test order also has an automated note created that says “Awaiting cheque payment Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold”.
My Autocomplete Orders setting is set to All paid orders of any product.

In reply to: [Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders] Didn’t workI’ve just installed Stripe on a fresh WordPress and WooCommerce installation. I then created a Stripe account and added the API keys to my website. Finally, I performed a test order using the test card details provided by Stripe and the plugin was automatically marked as completed.
Are you able to confirm that you are using the official Stripe for WooCommerce plugin? I would recommend doing exactly as I have, and set up a blank Stripe installation with my plugin to confirm that it is working. If it does, as I’m sure it will – start checking for conflicts through your theme and/or plugins that could be preventing the orders from being marked as completed.

In reply to: [Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders] Didn’t workI will do some testing and look at getting this plugin compatible with Stripe. I’ll update this ticket once functionality is added.

In reply to: [Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders] Didn’t workIt should work with any payment gateway that correctly uses the order paid hook. I’ll do some testing and update this ticket.

In reply to: [Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders] Didn’t workCan I ask what payment gateway you are using? This plugin has been tested with SagePay and PayPal with no issues, but it’s the first time I’ve heard of a payment being received but the order not setting itself to completed.

In reply to: [Phone Number Shortcode] Good Idea, just needs more testingMy apologies @m1kfb. I’ve just uploaded a fix for this issue that will resolve the other shortcodes from not displaying.
Yes, this plugin can be configured to paid orders of virtual, all paid orders of physical products or all orders.

In reply to: [Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders] Absolutely mandatoryNo problem. Thanks for taking the time to leave this plugin a review!
Building from what Colin has said, are there any plans to add in WooCommerce support? I’m using the plugin with ultra settings and I’m getting a warning about advanced caching not being compatible with WooCommerce, although everything appears to be working fine.
PageSpeed Ninja is a fantastic plugin!
Something I’ve changed appears to have fixed the issue since posting. I’ve checked the “Load external files” setting and that is still enabled, so I’m not sure which setting corrected the issue, but it’s working now.
I’ll give it a go. Many thanks!

We’re using an Apache webserver and there isn’t anything to prevent PHP files running in this directory. The entire website is actually working fine, it’s just trying to load
/s/d18b37.js
– which doesn’t even exist. It’s throwing this error in my error.log file:
[13-Feb-2018 09:26:59 UTC] Catched error in Ressio_JsCombiner::combine: File /home/user/domain.co.uk/s/d18b37.js not found. [in file: /s/d18b37.js]
