@gioni Thank you for providing some clarification. However, one does question why WP CERBER was not prepared for the new guideline? We’re you aware of this guideline?

In reply to: [WP Cerber Security, Anti-spam & Malware Scan] False Positives@gioni Could you give us an update on how CERBER is going to resolve this problem?

In reply to: [WP Cerber Security, Anti-spam & Malware Scan] False Positives@gioni What we have now found is that CERBER blocks legitimate form submissions even when a cache solution is not in place. A cache solution just makes it a whole lot worse.
We have rolled back to 8.9.3 and this works fine. Anything after that and we start to see issues again.
@carlos978 Thanks for confirming. There is also an active thread here. Does your website have any cache plugins installed? https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/false-positives-20/#post-15808221

In reply to: [WP Cerber Security, Anti-spam & Malware Scan] False Positives@mperry8304 We have litespeed cache installed on 200+ websites.
However, I disabled on 3 of these websites to run tests. CERBER still blocked gravity forms from submitting and marked it as SPAM submissions.
I have now rolled back the version of CERBER to see if these makes a difference over the next few days.
The only other scenario that I need to test is the WordPress 6.0 update which we had around the same time this started happening.

In reply to: [WP Cerber Security, Anti-spam & Malware Scan] False PositivesWe are having the same issue after updating CERBER to 9.0 and WordPress to 6.0. Lots of legitimate form submission on both Gravity Forms and Calendra seem to get marked as SPAM. We have even whitelisted the correct queries in the anti spam engine.
@gioni I believe he means that WP CERBER is blocking legit form submissions. We have been having the same issue since updating CERBER to 9.0 and WordPress to 6.0.
