Thanks, I’ll move the ideas back to the beginning status, and try to move them again to see if they are the same between list and single. I’d send a link, but I can’t since it’s behind a firewall. I could do a screenshare though.

Also, I created a single-idea.php file in my theme’s folder. How do I associate the new template with the single idea page?

A few things seem to be happening.

1. After a guest submits an idea, then comes back later to vote for ideas, they get a modal to fill out first name, last name, and email. After doing this, the modal goes away, but the vote does not take effect.

2. On the ideas list page, some ideas show one status, but on the idea detail page, it shows a different status.

Do you offer any paid support programs. Maybe a phone call?

Thanks. I don’t think hiding the sidebar is going to work – the main left column didn’t expand to fill the space. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to get FTP to work on the site. I’d send you a link, but it’s behind my company’s firewall.

I think I can figure it out though today.

The real thing I think I’d like your advice on is how to best utilize this plugin. We want guest users to be able to submit/vote, but the whole creating users automatically is seeming to cause issues. It’s for company use, and I don’t think I’m worried at all about anyone gaming the system.
