My wp blog is not the main site. It’s in a sub-directory.

Anyway, the 404’s have been sorted.

Hello Olga,

I downloaded the latest version of wp and did the upgrade in my pc manually. Later, I uploaded all the files via FTP.

It seemed the most reasonable option for me.

But now I am seeing that all the pages expect the homepage is showing 404 error

How to resolve it?

Its saying zero critical issues. But one recommended performance improvement metrics.

@sterndata I am using twenty-sixteen.

@sterndata I am using “All in one SEO plugin”. But I checked there.

And what theme settings? Can you elaborate.

@ketanvyawahare Okay, I read the post. The point here is that the database is of mybb. So, do I really need this function of WP to be enabled?

And also I am not enabling my forum members to create sites on their own!!!(Which the article is referring).

@ketanvyawahare Mybb database already provides prefix with mybb_

And wordpress provides with prefix wp. So, that’s really isn’t my concern.

@jnashhawkins Yes, mybb is on mysql and wp will be on mysql as well. And I had crons set up so back up is done everyday. Anything else for me to keep in mind?
