I have found a solution for me, the support was completely useless, i was so desperate to make it work that i start to tick all the boxes and it work,
in the advanced tab –>

the last section called : Load legacy SEO Pack Add-On?Yes
In case the recent migration to the new slug rewrite is causing trouble, set this to Yes to use the old method
Please?open a support ticket?letting us know of the issues you are having.

I checked the box and it worked!!
Hope this will help someone.

Same issue here, this plugin is a real disaster, i will move to another one. and they do not reply to the request sent to the support.

I have this issue since few weeks, and it has an impact on business now , this is serious and they do not reply !

Hello, what i mean is that the drop-down does not use the mobile browser dropdown.
So your plugin is not fully responsive.
