Test emails do not work either. If I could attach a screenshot of the error message I would. website domain is https://www.lillyandlace.com.au – you can try the footer sign up at the bottom of the home page, it will show the error.

Im using MailPoet server, and SSL. The emails are getting through for confirmation eg click the link to confirm your subscription, but the welcome emails are not coming through after that. The email addresses aren’t saving on the subscription list either.

How can I test with my actual shop products and know the email will be linking the correct products purchased?

Yes thank you. My friend found out the redirect was going to an old page and changed it. Plugins didn’t help though. thanks
