I asked for an example from from Pricerunner, and found out that their description in the first mail was not quite correct. It was simply the timestamp on the feed xml file that was cached.

It seems like what Pricerunner wants is timestamp like a “tag” in the top of the feed that shows when it was last updated.

They said that: it’s important to keep “Last-Modified” updated when you also update the prices/products in your feed, otherwise our system will think that your product feed is inactive.

We are using the plugin and have gotten the same error messages in google console on some category pages and on several sites.

This bit of code is highlighted as the fault (Element string not valid):

I am not sure how to fix this. Any ideas?
