Regarding your suggestion. When we receive data from Klarna they decide where or which fields information will be added. So unfortunately I don’t have any suggestion on a hook or filter in this case

I misunderstood you regarding PayPal. We have had an issue with it, and yesterday we dropped a new Klarna Checkout release regarding External Payments.
Regarding “Failed getting the order for the external payment.”, that means that that payment provider could not be “reached“. It can depend on the payment provider, something can have bees changed in their API/code. It’s hard to say.
Regarding Klarna and pending payment orders (order that’s not “orders”.
Read about pending payments here)
As External Payment methods is a way to show External payments inside the Klarna iframe, Klarna will be the pending payment status on these orders pending orders.Hi @leeleplawdeichmann ,
Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tab “Log” > Choose the right log (date on the log), paste it in a service like -> https://pastebin.com/

We found that the co-address field was ( street address2 ) was hidden in the theme settings and therefore the information added in this field will not appear in the order summary.
And about “B2C & B2B (default to B2C)” but I think this setting doesn’t matter in a German shop.” – No it doesn’t matter as B2B does not exist in Germany so here you can set B2C.

What we know is that PayPal have changed the logic in their API and that’s why External Payment methods have started to not work. External Payment methods are an example code (read more here), so it’s no guarantee that it will always work. If you have experience of coding this can be fixed and how to start is to investigate how PayPal now works.I can update you as soon as we know if this will be fixed in the base code in the near future.

The Nets Easy plugin doesn’t handle emails or send them out, it only handles the payment and WooCommerce take care of the rest. So what is happenings is difficult to say here as Nets don’t handle emails. It can be another plugin that is causing this or settings or something like that. I can’t recreate this in my own test environment.
What version of Nets are you running?

Regarding this, you need to turn to Klarna to see if you can get this changed. Klarna controls what is displayed within the iframe.

Unfortunately no, I have looked at this together with our developers, and even though it’s an interesting request we have to dig a little deeper to see if we can add compatibility with Woo Global Cart plugin or not. We have for now come to the conclusion that this is not something we have the possibility to look into at the moment, as time and priorities are a factor we have to take into consideration.
We do however have a page for Product development where we would happily accept this request, adding compatibility with the Woo Global Cart plugin.

We can take a look at this and troubleshoot to see if we can and see where this comes from, from the plugin or Klarna. You say that this is when customer choose Bank ID or Mobile ID and that is within the iframe that we don’t control, but we can dig deeper into this is you want, and Klarna can also get more information about the issue after that.
As we wrote earlier, please contact our support team so that they can assist you at [email protected] with logs and a system report to begin with.
