This is something you need to contact Klarna Merchant support to see what the problem is because this is something that’s happening within the iframe, and we don’t handle what’s happening inside the iframe.
So you need to contact Klarna Merchant Support to reach out to right support regarding this to get information what’s happening when customer wants to choose between Bank ID or Mobile ID.Forum: Plugins

Can you provide us which plugin you are using to create product add-ons.
It might be that we do not have support for it, or we haven’t tested it.When you mention cancelled orders, does the order goes from status pending to cancel after it have reached the time limit (here we mean the Hold stock settings -> docs).

Most of the time this is caused by a plugin conflict. I recommend you to create a staging site (here you can read about how to create one) to troubleshoot in without causing any problems in your live shop.
Then inactivate all plugins except Klarna Payments, Klarna order management and WooCommerce and check if you can find what plugin that are causing this issue.
Most common conflicting plugins are caching pluings.

This seems to be a conflict with a plugin or your theme. Have you tried to update the theme and see if you still get the error message?

And for example for swedish customers it will show the language in swedish and the currency in SEK.
