We are experiencing the same issues now too, but already had a live site. Customers started complaining about the issue this morning.

Seems the Woocommerce Deposits does not function when ADP for Woocommerce is enabled. It is also causing issues for deposit and payment plan products that have no Dynamic Pricing rules applied to them.
$775 product with payment plan (3 payments) should be $258.33 per payment. The checkout is showing $775 due today and $511.50 in future payments. Again this product has no dynamic pricing rules applied to it. As soon as I deactivate the dynamic price plugin, the deposits are correct again.
Put into maintenance mode, and went all the way back to 3.1.5 and still does not work.
