I started by deactivating Woo Commerce related plugins. The error was caused by the plugin “Product Image Zoom for WooCommerce”.

The page now works as it should.

Thanks for your reply. I cleared the cache again. I’m not using any CDN service. Problem persists. Please let me know how to re-enable right mouse click. I cannot find anything in the settings or in other menus.

Problem resolved. It was a plugin conflict. Can’t remember which one it was.

Thanks for replying. It’s caused by a plugin, but finding out which one would take too long. I fix that whenever I need your plugin again. You can close the ticket.

Hi, it works again. It seems the problem was caused by the plugin Asset CleanUp.

Thanks for answering. I flushed all caches and then deactivated
WP Fastest Cache and WP Fastest Cache Premium. No change, upload field is still missing.

I also changed the theme to twenty fifteen but the upload field still didn’t appear.

Any other idea which one of my plugins could be the cause?

Hmm… I answered all this yesterday already, see my last post. So any idea how to solve this?

The only changes were:
1. Disabled the plugin .html on PAGES
2. Cleaned up mixed content with the plugin SSL Insecure Content.

No changes to the theme, hosting, DNS servers, or anything else that would explain why smtp is not working anymore.

Do you need admin access to the dashboard? If yes, please mention how to send the credentials confidentially.

I tested it on a staging site and I was able to add my own content on the default shop page with WPBakery (Visual Composer) the normal way. So it must indeed be a theme or plugin conflict.

Temporarly switching the theme or deactivating plugins is not an option for my life website. As I’m about the redesign the whole site anyway, I will just live without the intro text on my shop page for a while.

Sorry, but I have no clue what you mean… As mentioned, I only want to add some intro text to my main shop page (link is above) before the product category listing, not to any product pages or anywhere else.

Thanks Amanda, but also installing the Woocommerce Blocks plugin didn’t make any difference. Whatever editor – Gutenberg oder Visual Composer – I use, nothing of the added content appears on the shop site. There must be a way to do so…

Problem solved. By coincidence, I discovered the cross symbol. Would have been nice, had you mentioned this in the FAQs or Installation.

I know that CCSS is only one componentn of speed… that’s obvious.

So you would you please post the link to your plugin description with the recommendations? The plugin interface contains no recommendations or instructions for the user.
