The content area should be 682px with a padding of 40px, leaving 602 pixels of space for content.

Agreed Jim. I think the font appears a bit too big. Not sure what a solid workaround would be except to set hard font sizes instead of relative fonts sizes.

This worked great for my blogroll, but not for the individual blog articles.

Any workaround for the blog articles?

Of course, the way the headline is presented in the individual articles is not the best.

I would first have to remove the bar (or whatever you call it) that the headline appears in, then flip the image with the headline.

But anyway, if you could help me with this I’ll give you a big high five.

If all your header images are going to have the same length & width, would it be wise to set L=100% and W=100%?

I don’t want my images to look stupid on a smart phone screen. Any suggestions on how to make sure flip/rotate nicely?

Actually I just added this to my CSS:

.entry-header .entry-date
{
display: none;
}

This hides the date link, but still shows the Author link. I think the author vcard is important for Google SEO. I would like to make the author link disappear though. Oh well.
