Sorry I should have clarified – I did switch the theme to test.

The product page is built using Divi and then ‘inserted’ via a Layout injector for Divi. So when I changed my theme, my whole product page is basically a blank page with lots of shortcodes on it.

I did end up disabling all plugins except Divi + Woocommerce. Made a brand new product, and tried the Woocommerce shortcode again. Works OK. However as soon as I add anything in via Divi to the product page (even just a text box or image), the content is put back into the description box, so it looks like it’s a Divi builder issue so will probably have to go to them for support as it’s not a WP issue.

I’ve resorted to just redirecting my page for the meantime.

Can’t switch themes – it leaves all the Divi shortcodes there and no content – the struggles of Divi.

It does seem related to something in the product though, as if I create a brand new product and use the woocommerce short code, it pops up just fine on the page. Might remake that product page piece by piece and see where it goes wrong.

I tried the link you gave me – it only found the shortcode to be on that one page with the problem and looks like it is inserted where it should be. Nowhere else on the site is hat shortcode used.

That is odd.

I don’t have this shortcode in my product description. I linked my actual product page in my first post and it is showing up perfectly there.

How would I go about finding out whether I have that shortcode anywhere else? Any recommendations?

I only found out about using this shortcode today (hence i actually made an exact replica of my product for my homepage before realizing this was an option) so it’d be quite weird if there was another identical shortcode somewhere on the page.

I may try on a different builder/theme on my other domain to test I guess.
