I already contacted my WordPress host support, I asked for any possible errors showing there and the engineer said: “I don’t see any fatal errors here. What issues are you seeing specifically?”…

I showed them the screenshots I already sent to you and they pointed out that should be the path issue what is not working… Also added: “However, this would be related to the site files. We don’t offer support in fixing this. I would report this back to Imagify and see what they recommend doing about this. No doubt this is not an uncommon thing to see on their end.”…

So, what’s the best to do now??… Regards…

I already installed and ran the Helper Plugin after reading the Documentation you pointed for me up… I got 3 red backgrounds…

Imagify Filesystem
$filesystem->get_abspath() (WordPress’ root)
/wordpress/core/5.8/
Should be an absolute path and start with /srv/htdocs/.

Image Editor Component

Failed existance test.

Media
Attachments with invalid or missing WP metas
CLEAR CACHE (cache cleared in less than 30 minutes)

I have to say also the WEBP insertion is not working either…

Hello, Marko… Sorry for not replying fast and thanks a lot for following up…

Sorry also to say I didn’t receive any information on my email tray and the issue is still goin on, the bulk optimization is not working… However, I’m able to optimize the images, one by one, thru media library, and the automatic optimization for recently uploaded media is working as well… Need to point out also to the fact I’m having many uploaded pictures as it’s necessary for my site… So it might be, as you said, a problem about getting stuck due to this??…

This is my problem also… I got different results between the two modes… Mode on: I get the results sorted by date… Mode off: I get the results sorted by relevance…

But I can make it work sorting the results by date with seamless mode off… Is it possible to sort the results by date with the seamless mode working??…
