I tried your solution und #3 but it isn’t working for me (with the latest WCDE in place). The new text I want to display is:

that’s it!!!! It worked!!! Thanks alot. Unfortunately this breaks the system of having child-themes and own templates for woocommerce emails in there. Or is this only caused by the upgrade from 1.6 to 2.0.x? What do you think? I hope so…otherwise I have to copy the email-templates on every woocommerce update!??
