Unfortunately our site is hosted on an internally facing server, only accessible when logged onto our network. So the URL will not be accessible to you. Have you heard of anyone else having this issue? Could you point me in the direction of what to look at to alter the opening transition? I realize it is hard without having the URL, sorry.
