I think I have but I’ll try to re-review. I am so excited about this plugin and I hope you guys keep at it, it’s AWESOME.
Awesome! Yes, they are being transferred now. Thank you.
This is going to be HUGE for them.
I am running into two small bugs that I will open another ticket for.

In reply to: [jQuery Post Splitter] Issue with Cornerstone Builder by ThemecoI’m so sorry for the loooonnnngggg delay. I got distracted on other projects and am now coming back to this web project again.
The URLs that X Theme uses when you’re working in their visual editor are in the following format:
domain-name.com/pro/#/content/%page-id%
For example, the page I’m working on now is: https://ccph.lisaburger.com/pro/#/content/59
Are you able to hardcode that type of url to deactivate the plugin when in the visual editor? If the page url has the string ‘/pro/#/content’ you are inside the visual editor.

In reply to: [jQuery Post Splitter] Issue with Cornerstone Builder by ThemecoSure! Here’s a video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-g–JTrTj1yCcbks8nW-SrSB1Khj4zOd/view?usp=drivesdk
And anything you need — access to this dev instance or the backup files (so you can install on your own servers), whatever you need I’m more than happy to provide to help. ?? I also have a developer license and can give you access to the theme if needed. Let’s do this and figure it out. I love the plugin and your willingness to help! -lmb
Where/how do I create an account on your support site?
I do not have an account already and the link for creating this account wasn’t obvious. All I could see was change your password or login. Note: Soliloquy was included with my theme (Pro by Themeco).
David: The time was set on the phone app. It was a hour/min scroll timer, which you could add time to if needed at any point by opening the app. It would send an alert 5 minutes before you got booted. I’d often set it for 8-10 hours for convenience while working in multiple sites.
You could also set the logoff time to infinity – meaning it never logged you out automatically.
Having it in the phone allowed ALL the different sites you were jumping between to stay logged in vs. limiting this functionality to a per site basis. That is, it scales nicer for web developers. Clef would log you out of everything once the timer expired.

In reply to: [Keyy Two Factor Authentication (like Clef)] HTTPS Site – QR code won’t scanHi Dave: I think I sent that bug report correctly. If you can confirm, that would be ace as I had to reinstall the default Mail app to get it to work. Thanks! -lmb

In reply to: [Keyy Two Factor Authentication (like Clef)] iPhone Wipe of Account Failing?David:
THIS advice and order of events worked: “I think that if you de-install the app, and then delete the public key on getkeyy.com, and then re-install the app, then the app will certainly forget about any prior data at that point.”
The site was successfully added to my account. WAHOO! Unfortunately I have to run an errand for a few hours but I will test on the other test sites in a bit and confirm that the issue is resolved then. But it’s looking good!

In reply to: [Keyy Two Factor Authentication (like Clef)] iPhone Wipe of Account Failing?David, we’re going to figure this out and THANK YOU for helping me. Powered down the phone, still seeing the error. Also closed the app, no dice. Hopefully the logs will show something interesting…

In reply to: [Keyy Two Factor Authentication (like Clef)] iPhone Wipe of Account Failing?David: I found where I could remove the public key on the getkeyy.com website under my account. I deleted the public key, wiped my phone (device) again, and then re-signuped for an account with the wp-admin@ email on the phone.
Unfortunately, I am still seeing the Lost Account error message on the phone when I try to scan the QR code from my WordPress site.

In reply to: [Keyy Two Factor Authentication (like Clef)] iPhone Wipe of Account Failing? Please delete lisa@ and crap@ accounts completely.
The only account I want “live” is wp-admin@. It is the email associated with my premium account purchase.
I am currently logged into the wp-admin@ account on the getkeyy.com website, but not sure if I can get back in. The getkeyy.com QR code was scanned with the lisa@ account and those private keys are gone. Would you be able to resent the email with the QR code for the getkeyy.com site too?
I second this request.
One of the nicest features of Clef was the automatic logout where you could set the time. Also liked how it would send a notification to your phone 5 minutes before it would log you out, in case you needed to extend your session.
Will do. Thanks, Ashley.
Spoke to soon…here’s an example:
Keyy login with JetPack captchaIf you remember to enter the math captcha before scanning the QR code, you often get the error: “The Keyy scan did not succeed. Please try again.” Note, I can’t tell if this is a Keyy issue independent of this captcha or not, as sometimes you can login.
If you forget to enter the math captcha, you get taken to a separate screen to enter the math captcha and then redirected back to the login screen.
Either way, it’s confusing!
