Here you can see how the shop looks in edit mode. It has a left filter sidebar. That is what I want. But it does not appear on the live website.

All plugins and theme are up-todate. Disabling all of them except elementor does not solve the problem. How can I make the left sidebar appear on the live website?

I want it to appear. It appears perfectly when I edit the page, but when I look at it “live,” it does not appear.

I’m having the same problem. What do you mean by the error log can be found in the “hosting area.” What is that? Do you mean somewhere on my hosting service’s CPanel? I can’t find it.

Adding to the whitelist requires an upgrade to the Pro Version of the plugin. When I tried to upgrade, I got an error saying I wasn’t authorized. :). Kind of a Catch-22 there. So, I’m switching to use SendGrid instead of Mailpoet for sending.

Never mind. I recently activated plugin Stop Bad Bots. When I deactivates it, the sending began.

I found the solution myself. The color of the fields is not determined by by the Contact-7 plug-in. Ir’s determined by Appearance>Theme Options>Basic Settings. Ner the bottom are the color choices for the Contact input fields.

Do you mean the Twenty Fifteen theme of WordPress? It’s so different that the contact form doesn’t even show up. So, not sure what you mean. Do you mean a different contact form? PlLease explain.
