You may find my yelling rude and you may feel that the person is under NO obligation to respond to me because it is free but if they don’t want to provide support, they should NOT put up a theme.

I already tried what you said-Had you read my post you would have seen that!!! You are giving me advice that doesn’t help, but no worries, I’m switching themes. I can’t stand piss-poor customer service and not responding to me will NOT get me to buy the premium version.

Your responding did NOT help my opinion of this theme, but instead hurt it, especially since it took my yelling to get some sort of response-TACKY!

I see answering my question is a problem and since I’ve been waiting for two days for an answer, I’m going to go without it. I’m going to just use another template, I don’t have the patience for this. If you had a documentation section that worked as I stated in another post, then maybe I wouldn’t be asking these questions.
If you were more clear on exactly how to change colors of titles which is what I’m asking or gave options to change the colors, maybe this wouldn’t be an issue either.

What is the exact change that needs to be made to the custom css. file? Is it home container? Is it site description? Is it site tagline? What is it and how do you change it? What I’m asking you do not need my website link for.

This and my other open question are the only two things preventing me from opening the website live. Could someone please answer this. What is the description to put into the custom css? I have also looked through all 8 pages and can find nothing there either for this section. I saw someone asked about the Treatments and that was answered, but when someone else asked about this section it didn’t get answered.

My question is: Who in the world do you think you are to tell me NOT to reply or post in forums when I had the plugin? You have the nerve to say I’m abusive! I was posting in the forums at the time I had this horrible plugin. If you can’t take the heat, stay your behind out the kitchen. We are NOW in the month of September, I posted this a month ago.

It is NOT my fault you can’t handle the questions that you are asked. Tacky and completely unprofessional. I will NEVER download another plugin you create nor will I ever recommend this plugin. Your customer service skills are HORRIBLE and that line confirms it. I haven’t been on your stinking forum since I deleted this plugin that doesn’t work. You give excuses but you get paid for some of the help so you need to hire someone to help you answer the questions. If you’re that hard-up for money, go to fiverr.com, or even better, there is a plugin to alert you when you get a new question.

You are tacky, unprofessional, your plugin sucks and you suck. I wish I could give you a 0, but a 1 will suffice.

Oh by the way, when I put the shortcodes in and view the page, it says ARCHIVE on it. How in the world do I get rid of that? Why is the word Archives showing up? Again, I ask you, why in the world did you guys make this so damn complicated? Why can’t it just be simple?? UGH!!!

So, now they have gotten to deleting support questions on their forum. SMDH. Terrible. Folks are still waiting for an answer on their questions. Their is a plugin that I have downloaded for my membership site that notifies me when a new question has been asked or if a question hasn’t been answered yet. You guys might want to download that plugin, so you can do better with your customer service because it truly does suck.

The problem is,I went to install the gist file. I first saved it as the .gz, that didn’t work. I then saved it as a zip file and that didn’t work. How in the world do I add the gist.file to the plugin, so I can do what I need to do? HELP!!!!!!
