Yes, I can login. However, I get an error and can’t see the dashboard homepage, but if I type another dashboard address (for example: mywebsite//wordpress/wp-admin/users.php) it works and I can manage everything. I still can’t see the dashboard homepage.

I was able to uninstall your plugin. Using ftp, I checked the plugins folder, and there is no aiowps folder, there. I found a “aiowps_backup” folder in wp-content. I still see in the database five tables related to aiowps:
romyt_aiowps_events
romyt_aiowps_failed_logins
romyt_aiowps_global_meta
romyt_aiowps_login_activity
romyt_aiowps_login_lockdown

before I try to install the plugin again, is this thing ok?

Sorry for the lack in my reply, very busy in the last two weeks. After closing the browsers were I was testing the forms, everything went ok. Surely I had to relaunch the browsers at the time. No problems now, I tried any possible combination of empty required fields on three different browsers to see if I have a warning message and if I receive an alert email for each feedback, and it works perfectly. Thank you so much for your support, topic resolved.

Well, your first example it’s exactly what I was looking for. When yesterday I built a form, I tried with checkboxes; I found that I had to enable the “required” option for every checkbox, and it seemed to me that this was a signal that user was forced to choose all the “items”.
I made a test with your suggested solution, it works if I fill all the fields and check one radio button. I can see a “message sent” warning in the page from which I send the form, receive an email message and find a feedback in the wp dashboard.
But if I leave a field empty, I don’t see no messages about failed process in filling the form. The page reloads to its default condition. Is it normal? Should I add a warning about being sure to see the message about form sent correctly?
