In reply to: [Online Backup for WordPress] BackUp HelpHi GeovannaJardine,
It’s been a common thread to find people who are using and depending on plugins to completely and securely backup their wordpress.
Don’t get me wrong… some plugins work OK depending on your needs, but I do not recommend it, for several reasons.
I made a short video addressing the issue and provide you with a better solution: https://backuprestoreblog.com/
After you watch it, please leave me your comments and feedback and if there is anything else I can do to help.
All the best,

After you watch it, be sure to leave your questions, comments response and if there is any way that I can help you with your blog.

In reply to: how to move wordpress blog to pre-customizing websiteereid7114 It sounds like this can resolved if your new Host had cPanel. However, what you can do is signup for cheap hosting plan from Hostmonster for around $6.95/mth, install your blog there, then redirect your blog to this new one. That’s it… you will have it working like you intended.
Plus, if you signup for Hostmoster through my link above, I will move your existing blog over to your new domain (if you have access to your old blog) at no charge.
Hope that helps.

In reply to: Help with problems in some wordpress pluginsDid you recently upgrade to 3.2.1?
It’s a good idea not to upgrade until you’re sure that all your current plugins are compatible with the new upgrade version.
What you should do is disable all plugins and then enable one by one to find out which one may be causing the problem, if any.
Also, if you have TinyMCE installed, try disabling that first to see if that fixes the problem, or try using it’s default settings.
The only tool that I’ve found that have saved a ton of headaches is: https://personallyfrom.me/jayblogcloner
Hope that helps.

P.S. It’s been said that it’s a cardinal sin to update your as soon as there is a new version released. You should wait a while and read the reviews before updating.
Or using a tool like the one mentioned above to prevent the headaches.
