The reason could be that sometimes when the device has antivirus program it blocks the chat box. Also some browser’s plugins, add-ons and extension block the chat box.

You can delete your chats by clearing your cache and cookies or you can sign into your LiveSupporti dashboard, click on Settings from the left menu > Advanced > turn on History data for session only and specify the retention interval of the chat.

Locate your clients is a feature which allows you to see where your visitors are from. This is a premium feature and it is not in the list in the description here in WordPress under Free features.
Proactive chat allows you (the agent) to initiate the chat first. This is a free feature and is included in the list in the description here in WordPress.
Proactive message per page allows you to set up proactive message per page. This message can be also referred to as auto message. For example, you can set up one message for one of your pages and set up another one for different page. This is a premium feature.
When you sign up for the Free plan, you get access to all premium features for 30 days.

We can confirm that all features under the Free features list are free forever.

You can hide the chat box from your pages (posts) by clicking on Settings from the left menu in your LiveSupporti dashboard > Filters > Enable filters > Add page > select your page rule and URL > click on Update button. For example, you can hide the chat box from all pages which contains the word “test product”.

You can change the size of the fonts by clicking on Appearance > Colors > under Closed chat box, just drag the slider under “Font size”. You can do the same under System, Client and Agent message.
