I spoke to BlueHost over the phone for about 2 hours and they fixed our dilemma, which was the latest gallery update – it’s now off.

In reply to: Can't Upload / Edit / Delete anything on backend of websiteOkay great. That made me feel so much better.
Do you think, however, that some of our items (meaning articles / posts) will be lost once we restore website from GoDaddy’s latest backup?

In reply to: Can't Upload / Edit / Delete anything on backend of websiteThat was our big mistake: WE DID NOT NOTICE which updates were processed.
BUT, based on all the research we’ve made all day, we are realizing that we may have updated our WordPress version to 4.2.4.
To be honest, we are lost for words.
We are based in Los Angeles; it’s 9:37 p.m. right now.

In reply to: Lost Blog when moving to a new hostI have a blog that’s hosted on GoDaddy. Today we processed a couple of updates through WordPress and the backend of the website isn’t manageable.
I can’t upload, delete, edit items.
The visual editor is gone; meaning when we log in to our WP admin site, all we see are items such as Dashboard, Updates, Jetpack, Posts, Media, Pages, etc. on the left side. BUT, once we click on each item, nothing appears; all we get is blank space.
Can anyone help?

In reply to: Visual editor not working after update to 4.2.4We have the same issue and don’t know what the heck to do.
Our website is https://www.lol-la.com but the backend of the website through WordPress is no longer working…not showing visuals, can’t edit anything, can’t anything.
Do you guys think WordPress will notice their glitch based on latest updates they had?

In reply to: Error after updateHi all, we are having a similar issue.
We are an entertainment blog; https://www.lol-la.com
Unfortunately when we log in through our administrator account via WordPress, we don’t have access to upload anything on our website.
Any help?

In reply to: Blank Space on Back End of WordPressNo, we do not actually.
What do you suggest we do?
Do you think WordPress will realize the tech glitch of the latest released software and edit / update it anytime soon?
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Blank Space on Back End of WordPressNo, not after those unknown updates we processed.
