My pleasure @bsfherman – I also have a non-critical suggestion for future releases: the ability to edit the font name in the edit popup (an input to correct font name mistakes/typos).
Thank you!
Hi @bsfherman ,
After testing on a staging and live environment, I can confirm the issue is solved and I’m now able to select multiple file formats having the CSS output exactly as it should be. Thank you very much for the support and fast turnaround, much appreciated!
Best regards!
@simranchougule Thank you for the reply, I have not created a private ticket for this, as it’s not an issue specific only to me and it’s not specific to my site only. This is a feature that got removed with the new update, so the plugin developers should look into the details I’ve shared so far (the screenshots are pretty self-explanatory) and include the old feature in a new update. Thanks again.
Hello,
Thank you for the quick reply, assistance will be appreciated in the form of a future release. Here are more details using screenshots.
With v1.3.7 (ability to add multiple font formats via CSS ‘src’ and also edit URLs manually, useful when fonts are inside child theme):
With 2.0.1 (no ability to add multiple file formats, just variations – a suggestion would be to allow multiple files to be selected when the Choose File is clicked, maybe
wp.media({ multiple: true, ... })
in JS?);I’m using woff2 until a fix is available (I know it covers probably 98% of users), but compatibility with other formats would be appreciated. The screenshots are pretty self-explanatory, especially the CSS output.
Hopefully this helps for future updates/releases.
